As Specialist, 1st Mile Routing & Corridor Management, you will own day-to-day 1st-mile logistics operations from origin countries to global fulfillment centers. You'll monitor shipment progress across critical milestones including factory pickup, international freight, import clearance, cross-docking, and final delivery. Working closely with manufacturing vendors and logistics partners, you'll apply established routing logic to assign shipments to appropriate carriers and ensure compliance with KPIs and SLAs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitor and track cross-border shipments proactively, identifying and troubleshooting routine operational issues such as carrier delays, missing data, factory delays, and customs holds by coordinating with internal teams and external logistics providers.
- Assist local factories with pickup bookings and execute daily operations according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor carrier performance against established KPIs, SLAs, and performance scorecards.
- Support the logistics procurement team with RFP/RFQ data preparation, carrier onboarding, and day-to-day coordination with B2B logistics partners.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams on testing and daily utilization of logistics portal tools to ensure smooth data flow and vendor compliance.
- Collect operational data to generate regular performance reports, track operational metrics, and produce cost/PnL summaries. Identify trends and suggest practical workflow improvements.
- Provide operational support for new logistics initiatives and carrier rollouts aligned with global expansion plans.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of working experience in logistics or supply chain industry, with familiarity in cross-border e-commerce logistics operations.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Proficient in English reading, writing, and communication.
- Strong logic thinking and solution design capabilities with industrial acumen.
- Outstanding communication skills with excellent result orientation and stress resistance.
- Excellent data analysis skills, with ability to write data analysis reports and conceptualize data visualization.
- Strong project and process management capabilities.
