As Sourcing Manager for Kids & Baby, Sweater & Accessories, you will lead vendor strategy and execution for these categories across manufacturing hubs in China, Hong Kong, and Vietnam. Your core responsibilities include:
• Identify, vet, and onboard new suppliers based on quality, cost, speed, reliability, and scalability criteria. Establish clear test periods and validate ability to scale before full partnership.
• Manage supplier relationships through structured onboarding, weekly business reviews (WBR), monthly business reviews (MBR), and performance management to ensure vendors meet Quince standards.
• Drive operational excellence with existing suppliers while expanding the supply base, improving product costs, quality, and commercial terms.
• Collaborate with merchants and procurement teams on pricing strategy and cost optimization to achieve margin targets.
• Build speed and scalability by working with vendors on fast replenishment cycles, material staging, capacity planning, and data-driven sales forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and sustainability standards across all factory partners, maintaining Quince's commitment to responsible sourcing.
• Educate vendors on sales analytics and planning tools to optimize inventory and replenishment decisions.
