As Sourcing Manager for Bedding, you will lead sourcing strategy and execution for cotton bedding products across China and Southeast Asia markets. Your core responsibilities include:
• Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for cotton bedding, identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new vendors while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality, sustainability, and ethical standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product development, and operations teams to manage product programs from fabric/yarn selection through final production, ensuring timelines and specifications are met
• Conduct market research on cotton material trends and sustainable practices to inform sourcing decisions and competitive positioning
• Manage vendor performance, quality assurance, and compliance with Quince's sustainability and ethical production standards
• Drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes, cost efficiency, and supply chain resilience
You will be based in one of Quince's Asia hubs (Hong Kong, Shanghai, or Shenzhen) and work closely with the global sourcing and product teams. This role requires deep expertise in textile sourcing, supplier relationship management, and a commitment to Quince's mission of democratizing quality and sustainability in retail.
