As Sourcing Director for Outerwear, you will lead vendor relationships and sourcing strategy globally for the outerwear category, reporting to the VP of Apparel Sourcing. This is a critical leadership role shaping the foundation of the apparel supply chain.
Key responsibilities include:
• Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain and sourcing strategy for outerwear categories with multi-sourcing approach to ensure resilience
• Onboard new manufacturing partners to the D2C model and provide coaching on rapid replenishment operations
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive cost optimization while maintaining quality standards
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to align sourcing with business objectives
• Monitor supply chain performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency, sustainability, and ethical production practices
• Develop and mentor sourcing team members
