As a Solutions & Implementation Manager, you will be a strategic technical leader responsible for designing and delivering complex, scalable solutions for high-profile clients. You will engage directly with C-level executives and serve as the primary client-facing representative throughout the implementation lifecycle, from initial concept through deployment. Your role bridges technical architecture and business outcomes, requiring you to translate complex requirements (business, technical, security, regulatory, and legal) into actionable solution designs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing comprehensive technical specifications, solution blueprints, and design documents (BRDs, SDDs) aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
- Leading end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to milestones
- Evaluating feasibility of complex, multi-faceted requirements and collaborating with internal teams (GTM, Product, R&D, Operations, Data) to distill them into functional specifications
- Creating detailed documentation including custom design flowcharts and comprehensive project knowledge bases
- Conducting solution reviews and performance optimizations to ensure quality and maintainability
- Acting as a trusted technical advisor during pre-sales and implementation phases for both external and internal stakeholders
You will thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where attention to detail, strategic thinking, and proactive problem-solving are essential. The role requires strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role with a proven track record of designing and delivering complex technical solutions
- Passion for solving complex problems and building scalable processes with strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and strategic thinker with strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
- Familiarity with APIs, SaaS products, and technologies; proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Figma/Miro, Asana, Salesforce, Azure, and similar tools
- Strong business acumen with basic comfort regarding commercials and contracts
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities
- Fintech background strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Willingness to travel as needed
