Resemble AI is building generative voice AI technology that powers immersive voice solutions for creators and businesses. This Solutions Engineer role owns the technical success of enterprise customer integrations, from proof-of-concept through production rollout and expansion.
You will embed with customer engineering teams to integrate Resemble's voice detection and generation capabilities into their workflows—spanning APIs, batch pipelines, real-time streams, call-center tooling, SIEM/SOC flows, and more. You'll use GenAI tools to accelerate integration work by generating and refining sample code, SDK snippets, configurations, runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and customer-facing documentation, while validating outputs and protecting sensitive information.
Key responsibilities include building repeatable "integration kits" (reference architectures, Helm charts, deployment templates, sample applications, and automated test harnesses), debugging issues in real customer environments (logs, networking, certificates, proxies, SSO, on-premises systems), and partnering with product and engineering teams to translate customer friction into roadmap priorities. You'll advocate for high-leverage fixes and drive outcomes with ambiguity.
This is a customer-facing technical role requiring strong communication skills to earn trust with technical stakeholders and operate independently.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong GenAI product fluency (top priority): routine use of GenAI tools for coding, debugging, and documentation; ability to verify correctness, avoid hallucinations, and handle sensitive customer data safely
- Mid–Senior+ technical background (software engineer, SRE, solutions engineer, implementation engineer, or equivalent)
- Strong Python and API skills; comfortable writing scripts, small services, and integration glue
- Comfortable with Linux, containers, and modern deployment patterns; Kubernetes and on-premises experience highly valued
- Customer-facing presence: calm, structured communicator who builds trust with technical stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset: ability to operate with ambiguity and drive outcomes without perfect requirements
- Bonus: prior enterprise integration shipping experience (telco, security, fraud, trust & safety domains especially relevant); experience building developer enablement (documentation, reference implementations, workshops)
