As a Solutions Engineer, you'll ensure brands onboard seamlessly to Highbeam's platform, whether they're new customers or expanding into additional products. You'll sit at the intersection of customers and internal teams, combining technical curiosity, operational rigor, and customer empathy to guide setup, integrations, and adoption.
Key responsibilities include leading onboarding for new and existing customers from setup through adoption; guiding customers through integrations across banking, capital, cards, bill pay, and intelligence products; partnering with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to troubleshoot issues and streamline handoffs; creating and improving onboarding processes, documentation, and checklists to support scale; managing multiple onboarding projects simultaneously while keeping customers informed; and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience.
You'll need 3+ years in onboarding, implementation, or solutions roles, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or ecommerce. Strong communication skills are essential—you'll explain technical concepts simply to finance and operations leaders. You should be process-driven, detail-oriented, comfortable working with Product and Engineering teams, and a quick learner with understanding of APIs, integrations, and financial systems. The role thrives in a fast-moving startup environment where you're proactive, self-directed, and excel in ambiguous situations.
