As a Solutions Consultant, you will be the technical backbone of customer onboarding and implementation for Vertice's Intake to Procure product. This is a hands-on role combining technical configuration, customer partnership, and product feedback. You'll own the full implementation lifecycle from process discovery through go-live, managing multiple concurrent projects with minimal oversight.
Key responsibilities include: end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation; configuring the platform to solve specific procurement challenges rather than applying one-size-fits-all solutions; advising on integrations with existing enterprise systems; leveraging AI-powered workflows to accelerate delivery and surface issues early; and running training sessions to ensure customer independence.
You'll work directly with customers across industries and regions, acting as the primary technical point of contact for configuration and customization. Your field insights will directly shape the product roadmap through close collaboration with the Product team.
Required: 4+ years of work experience including 2-3 years in solutions consulting, project management, or functional advisory roles, with a track record of managing multiple client engagements simultaneously. You must be an excellent communicator, proactive problem-solver, and take ownership of implementation success.
Bonuses (not required): technical comfort with software configuration, JSON, and API documentation; familiarity with B2B procure-to-pay processes and tools like Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, or Sage; active experimentation with AI tools; curiosity about AI-native products.
