Salary: USD 87,120 - 108,900 / annual

Flexport is a global commerce platform that moves over $19B in merchandise across 112 countries annually. The Ecosystem team's mission is to make information exchange in global trade easy by securely and reliably connecting the Flexport Platform with external systems. As a Solutions Consultant, you will bridge Sales, Account Management, Global Operations, Solutions Engineers, and Product teams to ensure successful design, development, deployment, and ongoing stability of integrations for clients. Key responsibilities include: - Own end-to-end delivery of common integrations (purchase orders, bookings, advanced shipping notifications, shipment milestones, freight invoices, etc.) - Participate in functional requirements gathering and own project requirements design, functional testing, and operations impact deliverables for complex integration projects - Leverage AI tools to accelerate integration testing, documentation, and troubleshooting workflows - Share functional insights about freight forwarding scenarios that impact customer integrations - Collaborate with Account Management and Global Operations teams to review and socialize SOP changes for integrated customers - Work closely with Solutions Engineers to create business objects (Quotes, Bookings, Shipments, Invoices) for integration testing - Facilitate User Acceptance Testing with customers and Client Solutions teams - Partner with Client Solutions in your region/time-zone to drive adoption, assist in triage/diagnosis of integration issues, and aggregate feedback for improvements - Support Account Executives with integration-related customer requests during pre-sales You will work on a critical component of Flexport's strategy: seamlessly integrating the platform with clients' systems. Requirements: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a persistent, proactive, results-oriented mindset - Ability to effectively drive integrations between Flexport, customers, and their ERP, TMS, WMS, or other systems - Familiarity with transmission protocols (FTP, SFTP, AS2, etc.) and payload/file formats (JSON, XML, delimited files, etc.) - Comfort using AI-assisted tools for code/data troubleshooting, documentation, or workflow automation - Strong cross-functional collaboration and project leadership skills - Initiative and positive attitude with desire to learn independently - Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with strong organizational and time-management skills - Excellent verbal and written communication - Bachelor's degree in a technical field or relevant work experience - 3+ years of work experience - Willingness to travel up to 25% Bonus qualifications: - Experience with EDI X12 and EDIFACT - Experience working with APIs - Experience with data analytics, data manipulation, and system integrations - Supply-chain, logistics, or operations experience
