As a Solutions Consultant, you will design and implement out-of-the-box solutions for new clients, ensuring efficient and effective onboarding of sophisticated investors. You will identify how Addepar can unlock significant value for clients' businesses and leverage analytical skills to advise on financial instrument modeling and asset examination. The role requires deep understanding of both finance and technology, with ownership of client satisfaction and excellence in project governance.
Key responsibilities include leveraging technical and industry expertise to onboard users and client data; delivering high-value outcomes aligned with client expectations; managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle; ensuring client retention through satisfaction; managing scope changes; maintaining compliance with documentation standards; owning historical data conversions using best-practice methodologies; prioritizing and context-switching across simultaneous projects; proactively communicating project health to senior leadership; improving processes and tools as the client base expands; developing scalable processes and templates; managing third-party engagement delivery assurance; and becoming an expert on all Addepar functionality.
Ideal candidates have professional experience in project management, financial services, or consulting, with prior client-facing experience preferred. You must possess superior communication, organizational, and time-management skills; deep understanding of historical data conversion methodologies and source systems; process-oriented mindset with continuous improvement focus; independence and adaptability in fast-paced environments; strong interpersonal skills for training and client communication across multiple channels; and passion for technology and finance. Bonus qualifications include investment management software implementation experience, Python programming/scripting skills, and Salesforce experience. Occasional travel is required. Right to work in the United Kingdom is mandatory; visa sponsorship is not available.
