As a Solutions Consultant, you will design and implement out-of-the-box solutions for new clients, ensuring efficient and effective onboarding of sophisticated investors. You will identify how Addepar can unlock significant value for clients' businesses and leverage analytical skills to advise on financial instrument modeling and asset examination. The role requires a deep understanding of both finance and technology, with ownership of client success and excellence in project governance. Key responsibilities include leading and completing implementation projects that onboard new clients to the Addepar platform, assessing and owning the success of add-on projects and partner delivery, demonstrating technical and industry expertise to transition clients and their data, setting and managing expectations across internal and external stakeholders, managing multiple simultaneous projects, contributing to scalable tools and processes development, and becoming a subject matter expert on Addepar and its regional applications. You will work with discretion over projects and schedule, displaying strong self-reliance while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Partnership teams. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of professional experience in financial services, consulting, or related fields, with previous client-facing experience in implementation or solution design. You should possess excellent communication, organization, and time management skills, be independent and adaptable in fast-paced environments, and have passion for both finance and technology. Experience with Python scripting, investment management software, enterprise technology implementations, and project management are valued. Occasional regional and global travel is required. Right to work in the United Kingdom is mandatory; visa sponsorship is not available.
