Chainalysis is seeking a Solutions Architect to bridge technical strategy and customer outcomes. This role spans the entire customer lifecycle—from pre-sale technical leadership alongside the Sales team through post-sale delivery and adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales as the technical lead, conducting discovery, demonstrations, and proofs of value to achieve technical wins
- Design customer-specific solutions for deploying and integrating Chainalysis products, providing guidance on architecture and implementation
- Own post-sale customer experience end-to-end: configure, deploy, and tune products hands-on; work with customer teams to build self-sufficiency
- Drive sustained adoption and measurable value through onboarding, usage monitoring, product health reviews, and proactive intervention
- Map customer workflows to product capabilities across investigations, compliance, security, and data analysis
- Investigate using Chainalysis tooling competently—tracing, attributing, and analyzing on the platform to surface actionable insights
- Serve as the primary technical advisor, resolving technical, compliance, analytical, and operational questions; own time-sensitive decisions
- Communicate complex technical requirements to Product and Engineering teams; identify data gaps in the field
- Build trusted advisor relationships with internal and external stakeholders; identify business opportunities and expand customer footprint

Requirements:
- Worked in or directly with private sector customer types: banks, cryptocurrency exchanges, payment processors, blockchain developers
- Practical understanding of compliance, investigative, and risk workflows; credible practitioner experience in investigations, compliance, fraud, risk, or security
- Technical generalist background: comfortable with REST API integrations, familiar with SQL data structures, motivated to learn more
- Enterprise SaaS account or customer management experience, including commercial awareness and sales partnership on renewals and expansion
- Clear communication with both technical and executive audiences
- Curiosity, fast learning, and motivation to solve difficult customer problems
- Collaborative approach and generosity with knowledge
- Fluency in English
Nice to Have:
- Financial compliance and anti-money laundering (AML) expertise
- Proficiency in Python, REST API integrations, and SQL databases
- Hands-on experience with AI tooling to improve delivery quality or speed
- Experience handling sensitive data and proprietary methods
