Salary: USD 114,000 - 240,000 / annual
Reltio, an SAP Company, is seeking a Solution Architect to join its Professional Services team. You will serve as a senior technical resource and individual contributor, leveraging deep expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) design patterns, agentic AI systems, and enterprise architecture to drive successful customer implementations.
In this role, you will oversee technical and architectural MDM solution designs, ensuring alignment with company standards and client requirements. You will design robust agentic workflows using Reltio's Agent Flow platform, integrate with core systems and event sources, and contribute to internal agentic tooling, playbooks, and best-practice documentation. You will manage Reltio deliverables and maintain a proven track record in delivering successful Professional Services engagements.
You will lead and guide Reltio customer and partner technical teams, defining and designing MDM solutions and architectures for customer implementations while leveraging MDM principles and Reltio's best practices. You will ensure quality, efficiency, and accuracy across implementations, support multiple customer projects simultaneously with onshore and offshore team members, and coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, Development Operations, and Customer Success as needed.
Additionally, you will develop meaningful and trusted relationships with customer and partner resources, create repeatable assets such as methodologies, tools, templates, and guidelines to strengthen the Professional Services practice, and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Requirements:**
- At least 6 years of overall technology implementations and progressive delivery in a technology or professional services organization delivering moderate to complex technology solutions
- Ideally 2+ years of experience with MDM platforms and completion of 2 MDM implementations
- Experience deploying and operationalizing LLM or agentic systems (prompting, orchestration, evaluation, guardrails)
- Knowledge of Software as a Service (SaaS) and cloud delivery
- Knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, Veeva), ERP, accounting systems, and provisioning systems (recommended)
- Experience with Object-Oriented technologies
- Experience with business process and governance (recommended)
- Industry or domain experience (recommended)
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical field
- Master's degree in a technical field (recommended)
- Certifications in Java, Scrum/Agile methodology, or cloud provider certifications (recommended)
