Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology. The company's Lattice OS is an AI-powered operating system that integrates thousands of data streams into real-time 3D command and control centers. The M&A Business Systems team is responsible for integrating newly acquired companies into Anduril's Oracle Fusion ERP and internal tools. This team operates an aggressive acquisition roadmap and manages multiple integration programs in parallel across U.S. and international operations. As a Solution Analyst, M&A, you will own hands-on configuration, data manipulation, and integration work across the full acquisition portfolio. You will be embedded in the complete integration lifecycle from deal close through Go-Live, including onsite discovery, fit/gap analyses, build/configuration, data conversion, test execution, and hypercare support. You will ensure newly acquired companies can operate from day one within Anduril's enterprise systems across all work streams. Key responsibilities include: - Own end-to-end data conversion for M&A integrations: extract source data, map to Oracle templates, derive business rules, validate data quality, and leverage AI tools to build repeatable processes - Support legal entity design and intercompany configuration, translating operational, accounting, and legal requirements into application design decisions - Execute system configuration for new Oracle legal entities across workstreams: DTB (Design to Build), WMS (Warehouse/Inventory Operations), PTP (Procure to Pay), OTC (Order to Cash), PTC (Projects to Close), and RTR (Record to Report) - Plan and execute testing cycles, build test cases, resolve defects, and drive root cause analysis with satellite system teams (Teamcenter, Forge, Salesforce, MRPSpeed) - Travel onsite to acquired companies to lead discovery sessions, deliver ERP training, and provide Go-Live and Hypercare support - Collaborate with M&A PM and enablement functions to build standardized data templates, integration SOPs, and reusable training materials - Partner with cross-functional satellite tool teams to coordinate configuration changes and test dependencies - Operate in agile/sprint-based delivery: own your workstream, hit sprint milestones, surface blockers early - Contribute to and maintain the M&A ERP knowledge base in Airtable and Quip The role requires demonstrated bias for action, outcome orientation, ownership, agility, comfort diving deep into technical details, customer focus, and first-principles thinking. You will work in an extremely fast-paced environment where acquisition timelines shift and legal entity decisions are made late. REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years of hands-on ERP experience (Oracle Fusion preferred; will accept NetSuite, SAP, or similar), including configuration, data conversion/loading, and troubleshooting. M&A integration or rapid deployment experience strongly preferred. - Demonstrated experience executing data migrations: extracting source data, mapping to target templates, validating quality, and coordinating loads. - Deep knowledge in at least one or more particular work streams (order to cash, procure to pay, record to report, design to build, etc.) strongly preferred. - Strong understanding of legal entity and intercompany transaction design. Experience configuring new legal entities in Oracle Fusion is a significant plus. - Proven ability to work in agile/sprint-based delivery environments; comfortable writing user stories, tracking work in PM tools (Airtable, Jira, or equivalent), and iterating quickly. - Strong cross-functional communication skills to work with accounting, legal, ops, engineers, and ERP developers. - Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, including to acquired company sites domestically and internationally, for discovery, onboarding, testing, and Go-Live support. - U.S. Person status required (access to export-controlled data). - Ability to work onsite full-time at primary office location. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience with M&A ERP integration programs or ERP rapid deployment/accelerated implementation methodologies - Familiarity with connected enterprise tools: Teamcenter/PLM, Salesforce, Odoo, or similar - Prior experience at Big 4 consulting firms in ERP implementation practices - Aerospace & Defense, complex manufacturing, or government contracting industry background - Experience building reusable enablement content (training videos, SOPs, how-to guides) for end users new to ERP systems - Undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
