You will lead a small, talented engineering team building best-in-market smart PMO agentic solutions that support massive scale and rapid product iteration. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will drive both individual contributions and team direction.
Key responsibilities:
- Build new AI-native solutions with a small team, iterating rapidly based on user feedback
- Lead architectural decisions and work across the full stack using modern technologies to create delightful user experiences
- Take full ownership of features from design through implementation, deployment, and monitoring
- Partner closely with product and design teams to shape user workflows
- Drive engineering excellence, reliability, and performance across fast-moving codebases
- Help define best practices for AI-powered product development at monday.com
Requirements:
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with demonstrated strong technical skills building full-stack applications end-to-end
- Experience leading complex projects across multiple teams
- Experience building features that integrate LLMs or other AI technologies
- Familiarity with performance optimization and scalability across frontend and backend
- Strong communication skills, team mindset, and empathy
- Passion for creating user-centered products that customers rely on daily
