As a Software Engineer II, you will be part of a collaborative scrum team working in a scaled agile environment. You will design and implement new features and functions for an exciting financial platform based on new technologies. Your responsibilities include:
• Participate in design and code reviews to ensure quality and consistency
• Make good technical decisions that provide solutions to business challenges
• Engage in story grooming sessions to flush out requirements
• Actively participate in various scrum and SAFe ceremonies
• Develop and/or modify automated unit, feature, and integration tests
• Bring new ideas to increase the efficiency of the team
• Troubleshoot development and production problems as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver reliable software solutions

REQUIREMENTS:
• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of Java development experience
• Strong design and analytic skills
• Experience working in software development and testing concepts in a fast-paced, dynamic Agile environment
• Ability to communicate effectively and adapt to changing requirements
• Strong team and communication skills
• Good troubleshooting skills

• Microservice development in a Kubernetes/Docker environment
• Java technologies: Spring/Hibernate, Spring Boot
• YML scripting
• React
• JUnit
• Elasticsearch/Logstash
• Database technologies: PostgreSQL, MSSQL, MySQL, AlloyDB
• Cloud/SaaS technologies: Google Cloud, AWS
• Git, Maven, Jenkins
