Rippling is a unified platform for HR, IT, and Finance that consolidates workforce systems—payroll, expenses, benefits, computers, and third-party app integrations—into a single system. The company has raised $1.8B+ from top-tier investors including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, and Sequoia.
The Finance Experience Team builds the foundation and platform for Rippling's Finance Suite, ensuring all Finance products feel like one coherent, intelligent suite rather than separate tools. The team owns common experiences, workflows, controls, data platforms, and AI-assisted capabilities across Spend, Accounting, and related Finance products.
In this role, you will:
- Build high-quality web and mobile experiences spanning Finance Overview, Tasks, People, Settings, notifications, and suite-wide navigation
- Develop shared application platforms and public APIs that enable Finance product teams to build consistent, scalable features quickly
- Engineer foundational data experiences, including configurable grids, advanced filtering and sorting, bulk actions, reconciliation workflows, and rich transaction line items
- Build secure, auditable controls such as permissions, policies, approvals, delegation, and rule-engine capabilities that work consistently across Finance products
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to simplify complex financial workflows into intuitive experiences
- Contribute to AI-powered experiences that help customers understand financial data and operate more efficiently
Rippling values in-office collaboration and expects office-based employees (those within a defined radius of a Rippling office) to work in the office at least three days per week.
