OneStream is seeking a Software Engineer I to join the Marketplace Engineering or Platform Engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain MarketPlace (App Store) solutions for the OneStream XF CPM platform, working alongside a focused group of engineers to build the operating system for modern Finance.
You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable code. Key responsibilities include integrating data storage solutions, ensuring optimal application performance, quality, and responsiveness, identifying bottlenecks and bugs to devise mitigation strategies, maintaining code quality and automation standards, and providing ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements for existing MarketPlace solutions.
This position reports to the Director of Solution Engineering and offers opportunities to coach and mentor team members as you grow. You will interact with team members across engineering teams and contribute to a collaborative environment focused on delivering results.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field
- 3+ years of programming experience
- Recent Microsoft technology focus
- Experience with: VB .Net, C#, Visual Basic, SQL Server, Visual Studio, TFS, Git, and Atlassian
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of modern software design principles, concepts, and best practices
Travel: Regular travel is not expected for this position.
