OneStream is building a unified Corporate Performance Management (CPM) platform for large enterprises, serving mission-critical financial and operational workloads for the Office of the CFO across highly regulated industries. The platform runs on a sophisticated technology stack including distributed multi-threaded services, OLAP and multidimensional data models, modern web frameworks, SQL-based persistence, and cloud-native SaaS architecture on Microsoft Azure.
As a Software Engineer I, you will design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software components within OneStream solutions. You will own assigned features through the full software development lifecycle, working under guidance from senior engineers while collaborating with Product, QA, and other engineering team members. Your responsibilities include implementing features using established design patterns and best practices, contributing to UI development using modern frameworks (Angular, React, Blazor), developing and integrating APIs following RESTful standards, and writing clean, maintainable, well-documented code with appropriate unit test coverage.
You will use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development, refactoring, test creation, and documentation while validating AI-generated output for correctness, security, and architectural alignment. You will participate in peer code reviews, assist in diagnosing and resolving software defects across development and test environments, and follow established SDLC, security, and compliance protocols. Success is measured by code quality, reliability, learning velocity, and the ability to deliver well-scoped features safely and predictably.
