Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology. The company's Lattice OS is an AI-powered operating system that aggregates thousands of data streams into real-time, 3D command and control centers. Anduril brings cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to military applications. You will join the Warfighter Systems organization, which brings cutting-edge technology directly to those on the front lines through wearable tech, immersive mission command tools, and seamlessly integrated software and hardware. This role focuses on building and scaling cutting-edge augmented reality (AR) experiences that enhance situational awareness, survivability, and combat effectiveness. As a Software Engineer, you will own features end-to-end, collaborating across Product, Business Development, end-users, and other engineering teams (internal and external) to plan, build, and test complex functionality throughout the software development lifecycle—from concept through development, production, and fielding. You will write code that improves products and expands capabilities deployable on edge devices, get hands-on with cutting-edge hardware while owning software integration, make architectural decisions that scale as the product and team grow, and raise the bar on code quality, testing, and tooling for the entire team. This is a fast-paced environment where you will be measured by outcomes shipped and impact delivered, not tickets closed. You will work with real users and real-world military applications, moving at the speed of war.
