The Strategy & Operations Senior Associate is an experienced generalist role for a versatile problem-solver who thrives across multiple domains. Your initial focus will be the Billing team, where you'll work on high-impact initiatives including building predictive analytics models to identify bad payers early, vetting and onboarding AI-powered collections vendors, redesigning payment conversion processes (e.g., transitioning customers from checks to eCheck), and potentially managing a team of Billing Account Managers.
