As SMB Onboarding Manager, you will lead customers through their critical first phase with Connecteam's product. You'll partner with small and growing businesses to ensure successful adoption and implementation, driving measurable value and establishing the foundation for long-term success.
Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end onboarding process from kick-off call to activation; delivering tailored training sessions to help clients configure and implement Connecteam based on their unique needs; guiding customers to quick wins that showcase platform value and increase adoption; ensuring customers establish strong usage habits that drive retention and satisfaction; and identifying at-risk clients early to create proactive churn-mitigation strategies.
You'll need 2+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer-facing roles (required), with SMB client experience being a strong advantage. Strong presentation and training skills are essential, along with technical savvy and the ability to quickly learn and explain software solutions. You must be highly organized, capable of managing multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment. A positive attitude, empathy, and high energy are valued traits.
