BuzzAttack, a Fever Original experience, is an immersive, interactive personalized game show launching in Philadelphia in December 2026. As Site Manager, you will be the operational leader responsible for running day-to-day venue operations, managing staff, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth. Operational & Experience Management: You will lead all daily operations of the venue, ensuring the highest service quality and guest satisfaction. You'll manage, schedule, and delegate responsibilities to on-site staff, maintain accurate timecards and reports, and run sessions yourself during the week to set an example. You'll ensure all experiences run smoothly and on time with minimal disruptions, maintain show elements and equipment, coordinate corporate and private events from booking through execution, implement safety procedures, and oversee compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. You'll complete detailed daily show reports and incident reports as needed. Budget & Business Management: You will manage an efficient operations budget, tracking costs, staffing, maintenance, and consumables. You'll prepare and deliver regular performance and budget reports to Fever management, proactively identify cost-saving strategies while maintaining exceptional customer experience, assess key business metrics (labor efficiency, revenue per visitor, profitability), and oversee inventory control and supply reordering. Community Development & Customer Service: You will develop and implement programming ideas to drive attendance and revenue, manage group bookings strategy and execution (both inbound and outbound lead generation), maintain a customer-first culture, monitor and improve customer satisfaction through guest feedback, collaborate on promotional initiatives and partnerships, and act as the public face of the venue. Requirements: - 3-5+ years of experience in operations, hospitality, entertainment/attractions, or related industry - Knowledge of or passion for live entertainment; experience in live events or theme parks is a plus - Experience driving group sales, from responding to inbound inquiries to pursuing new leads - Good understanding of budgeting and expense control - Leadership and management skills with strong oral and written communication - Excellent planning and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - Friendly, energetic, enthusiastic personality with problem-solving ability and quick thinking - Comfortable with technology and basic troubleshooting - Able to stand for extended periods, reliably commute, and work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets/Excel) - Strong commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility
