Stord is a rapidly growing commerce-enablement platform that powers fulfillment, warehousing, transportation, and software solutions for leading DTC and B2B brands. The company manages over $10 billion in annual commerce and is on track to double revenue in the next 18 months. As Site Leader, you will oversee day-to-day operations of a large warehouse facility (300,000–600,000 sq ft) in Reno, Nevada. You will manage multiple supervisors and a substantial hourly workforce, driving operational excellence, safety, and customer service. Key responsibilities include: • Managing inbound/outbound activities, truck operations, and inventory accuracy across the facility • Coaching, developing, and performance-managing supervisors and hourly associates; creating career pathways • Strategic labor planning and real-time staffing adjustments to meet demand fluctuations and peak seasons • Partnering with the Director on facility budget, revenue/expense tracking, and KPI management • Setting and enforcing targets for safety, efficiency, and quality; ensuring staff training on Stord standards • Collaborating with the Warehouse Excellence team to deliver superior customer experience • Leading facility-wide projects and driving operational improvements across functional areas You will be a key node in Stord's national fulfillment network, ensuring seamless operations that support the company's mission to level the playing field for brands competing with retail giants. Required: 4+ years of warehouse/distribution leadership experience, including at least 4 years in a supervisory role. Proficiency with WMS, material handling equipment, and industrial storage systems. Strong data analysis, written communication, and project management skills. High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field. Food-grade warehousing or high-volume distribution experience. LEAN methodology and process optimization expertise. Track record of increasing responsibility in a high-growth 3PL environment.
