Atoms is building Physical AI—real-world robots for industries including food production, mining, and transport. The company integrates hardware, software, AI, operations, and manufacturing to deploy intelligent systems at scale. As a Site Engineer, you will join the project delivery team in the UAE to support the construction and fit-out of KitchenPark facilities. You will work on-site in Abu Dhabi for approximately six months, then transition to Dubai and other Emirates locations. Key responsibilities include: - Supporting projects from design approvals through construction, commissioning, and handover to Operations - Coordinating with local authorities and supporting inspections and regulatory approvals - Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean - Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available - Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement - Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required - Drawing up work schedules and communicating adjustments to crew members and clients - Gathering data, compiling reports, and delivering presentations to stakeholders - Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions - Working alongside civil engineers, structural engineers, architects, and surveyors - Maintaining detailed documentation of all site engineering activities - Collaborating with management to align activities with business outcomes Required qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Construction, Mechanical, or related field) - 3–5 years of relevant experience in site engineering, construction, or project delivery - Experience supporting on-site execution, contractor coordination, and fit-out works - Ability to work in fast-paced, site-based environments with multiple stakeholders - Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills - Must have your own car and driver's license Preferred experience includes F&B-related environments such as cloud kitchens, commercial kitchens, or food production facilities, and familiarity with local construction codes and safety standards.
