The Services Strategy team at Diligent owns the operational infrastructure that enables professional services delivery across the organization. This includes methodology frameworks, Professional Services Automation platforms, onboarding curricula, capacity management systems, and analytics that surface delivery patterns.
As a Services Strategy Manager, you will be embedded in one of five workstreams—methodology, Professional Services Automation, onboarding, capacity, or data—and own the day-to-day operational health of that area. This is a hands-on role, not administrative. You will directly build and maintain the documentation, configurations, training materials, or analytics that shape how Professional Services, Partner Delivery, Client Support, PMO, and Services Sales teams work.
Key responsibilities include:
• Workstream Ownership: Own operational health of one Services Strategy workstream within the broader function, managing its roadmap and execution.
• Build and Ship: Hands-on development of documentation, configurations, training materials, or analytics. You will be involved in the build itself, not just defining requirements.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with practitioners and leaders across Professional Services, Partner Delivery, Client Support, and Managed Services to identify friction points, ship improvements, and measure adoption.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify friction in current processes, ship measurable improvements, and drive adoption—not maintain the status quo.
You will work across a matrixed organization, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure services delivery excellence. The role requires strong project management, cross-functional communication, and a bias toward action and measurement.
