Arketa is building an operating system for modern fitness and wellness studios. The company provides an all-in-one platform for managing hybrid wellness businesses—enabling studios to manage schedules, accept bookings and payments, build on-demand video libraries, host retreats, and run marketing campaigns. Arketa has raised $15M in Series A funding and is rapidly scaling. As a Services Manager, you will own relationships with a portfolio of wellness studio partners, serving as their primary point of contact from onboarding through long-term partnership. Approximately half your week involves reactive support—solving operational problems across chat, email, and Zoom (schedule issues, payment questions, migration blockers, integration challenges). You own resolution, not just response. The other half focuses on proactive relationship management: regularly checking in on partner business health, reviewing metrics like class fill rates and retention, identifying opportunities for growth, and building trust to ensure long-term loyalty. You'll take a consultative approach, offering practical guidance tailored to how each studio actually operates. Occasionally, you'll step in as a virtual studio manager, providing operational support when partners need extra hands. Critically, you'll spend 2-3 days per week visiting partner studios in person across the Austin metro to deepen relationships and understand their business firsthand. You'll continuously expand your expertise in Arketa's features and leverage AI-assisted internal tools to accelerate research and drafting. You'll also advocate internally for partners, bringing insights and feedback to Product, Engineering, and CX leadership to drive feature improvements and prevent recurring issues. Success is measured by partner retention, studio business outcomes, and strong NPS scores across your portfolio. The role requires impeccable written and verbal communication, strong judgment, ability to balance reactive and proactive work, and a genuine commitment to partner success.
