Salary: USD 164,600 - 246,800 / annual
Rubrik is seeking a Services Engineering Leader to lead the lifecycle development of new Professional Services offerings. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for creating, packaging, and launching high-value services that accelerate customer time-to-value across the entire Rubrik product portfolio.
As a core member of the Global Professional Services Leadership Team, you will bridge product strategy and field execution. You will work extensively across Product Management, Product Engineering, Global Practice Leaders, Consulting Leadership, and PS Delivery teams to ensure services offerings evolve in lockstep with the technology roadmap.
Key responsibilities include:
Service Productization & Portfolio Strategy: Lead end-to-end development of standardized, scalable Professional Services offerings, playbooks, and delivery methodologies. Partner closely with Product Management and Product Engineering during early-stage product releases to build corresponding service packages and deployment frameworks. Continuously evaluate, refresh, and optimize the existing PS portfolio based on field feedback, customer outcomes, and market trends.
Strategic Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as an active member of the Global PS Leadership Team, contributing to overall services strategy and business growth. Collaborate with Global Practice Leaders and Field Delivery teams to ensure new services are operationally viable and backed by robust delivery artifacts. Work alongside PS Sales and Field Consulting leaders to equip teams with clear service scopes and value propositions.
Operational Excellence & Standard Development: Establish reusable delivery frameworks, automated deployment scripts, and standardized SOW templates to improve delivery efficiency and margin consistency. Implement feedback channels with delivery teams and customers to measure service effectiveness and refine offerings post-launch.
You will report to the Vice President of Global Professional Services and have significant influence across a matrixed organization.
