Salary: USD 140,000 - 150,000 / annual

As Services Engagement Manager, you'll operate at the intersection of sales and professional services, owning the operational backbone that enables the services organization to scale. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with significant cross-functional exposure. Key responsibilities include: - Collaborating with Sales, Professional Services, and Delivery teams to scope and create proposals for service engagements - Managing Salesforce workflows, custom objects, and processes to support services operations - Building and maintaining dashboards and reports tracking pipeline, bookings, forecasting, and delivery metrics - Owning the full lifecycle of Statements of Work (SOWs) from creation through delivery alignment - Developing and maintaining documentation of professional services standard operating procedures - Supporting resource planning, project setup, and operational process improvements - Partnering with RevOps, Finance, and Delivery teams to ensure data integrity and smooth handoffs - Contributing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement in service delivery operations You'll need 3–5 years of experience in professional services operations, sales operations, business analysis, or similar roles. Strong Salesforce proficiency is essential, including custom objects, workflow automation, and reporting. Experience supporting services sales cycles or managing project-based work operations is required. You should be comfortable analyzing business operations, presenting insights to leadership, and working independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Nice-to-have qualifications include legal technology or professional services industry experience, familiarity with CPQ tools, PSA systems, or project management tools (Smartsheet, Certinia, JIRA), exposure to financial metrics like bookings and utilization, and Salesforce certifications.
