Exiger is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Manager to lead the strategic direction, governance, and hands-on administration of the company's ServiceNow environment. This role owns the platform's full development lifecycle—from design and implementation to optimization and maintenance—ensuring ServiceNow solutions align with Exiger's business needs and technology roadmap. Key responsibilities include owning and managing the ServiceNow platform for stability, security, and scalability; leading configuration, customization, and deployment of TPSM, SPM, and SOM modules; defining and maintaining platform governance, architecture standards, and best practices; collaborating with IT, Security, and business stakeholders to align capabilities with organizational goals; overseeing integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems; managing upgrades, patches, and releases with minimal operational disruption; driving automation and process improvement initiatives; mentoring administrators and developers; monitoring performance and data integrity; and establishing governance frameworks and policies. The ideal candidate is both a technical leader and strategic platform owner, capable of translating business objectives into scalable ServiceNow capabilities. Desired qualifications include proven experience managing or developing within enterprise ServiceNow environments; deep understanding of TPSM, SPM, and SOM modules; strong technical foundation in workflow automation, scripting, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs); experience defining platform roadmaps and governance; excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills; and ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is highly preferred; ITIL certification is preferred.
