Datavant is a healthcare data collaboration platform enabling secure, accessible, and actionable health data across the ecosystem. The Service Delivery Supervisor role is a front-line people management position responsible for leading a team of ROI specialists and Health Information Services (HIS) staff across multiple Atlanta-area locations (Atlanta, Johns Creek, Stone Mountain).
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and training a team of ROI specialists, maintaining client and performance expectations
- Managing workflow, productivity, and escalated situations to drive a positive work environment
- Ensuring quality assurance, accuracy, and compliant records management
- Overseeing audit teams that process requests from payors
- Managing requests from client risk management teams
- Coordinating with location and client management on complex issues
- Assisting with new hire onboarding and staff development across multiple sites
- Supporting leadership with planning, developing, and implementing departmental or regional projects
- Overseeing escalation calls from centralized call centers
- Presenting to leadership, clients, and team members via video or in person
Required qualifications:
- 1-2 years of Health Information related experience
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA standards
- Customer service and data entry experience
- Detail and quality orientation for accurate, compliant medical records
- Leadership philosophy focused on serving and developing team members
- Ability to work both on-site and remotely
- Proficiency with Power BI and MS Office
- Solution-oriented and forward-thinking mindset
Preferred qualifications include EMR experience with EPIC or Cerner, and previous production/metric-based work experience.
The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST. Benefits include PTO, health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k) with matching contributions, and tuition reimbursement.
