The Service Delivery Manager role is a strategic operations position responsible for leading delivery across a global book of work. This manager will own end-to-end project and program delivery for complex client implementations, ensuring successful outcomes while driving revenue realization and margin protection.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and evolving the Service Delivery strategy to align with company growth, scalable operations, and improved client outcomes
- Leading delivery transformation initiatives, including automation, tooling, and workflow optimization to improve efficiency and transparency
- Driving process maturity improvements by defining standards, governance, and repeatable workflows
- Managing key delivery and financial outcomes across the global portfolio, including forecast accuracy, delivery predictability, and time to revenue
- Providing senior people leadership, setting delivery discipline, and establishing accountability across internal and external stakeholders
- Acting as subject matter expert on assigned projects and building strong client relationships
- Liaising between clients and technical teams (Network, Systems, Data Center, Implementation) to define deliverables and deliver complex solutions
- Leading internal teams to prioritize project work based on strategic importance, resources, budgets, and deadlines
- Creating and maintaining proactive communications with clients and internal stakeholders, including project plans and status updates
- Navigating the organization to deliver complex project components while holding resources accountable
- Evaluating deliverables to ensure requirements traceability and customer acceptance
- Translating requirements into plans, presentations, and specification documents
- Completing handover processes to move large initiatives to Service Operations
- Supporting occasional weekend work for migration activities
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of relevant experience, ideally with PMP, Prince2, or PSM certification. This is a results-oriented role requiring strong project management, stakeholder communication, and strategic thinking skills.
