Salary: USD 140,000 - 225,000 / annual
DualEntry is building an AI-native ERP platform that automates accounting workflows from data entry to close. The company has raised $100M+ from top-tier investors (Lightspeed, Khosla Ventures, Contrary, Google Ventures) and serves customers ranging from $5M ARR startups to publicly traded enterprises.
As Senior Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end design of the DualEntry platform across web and mobile experiences. You'll translate complex financial workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces that make accounting faster and less risky for finance teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Design the complete DualEntry platform experience, ensuring consistency and usability across web and mobile
- Create and evolve a scalable, component-based design system in Figma that enables rapid iteration
- Conduct user research with finance professionals and accounting teams to validate design decisions
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ship features quickly and iterate based on feedback
- Define and strengthen the design culture as the team scales
- Mentor junior designers as the design organization grows
- Balance pragmatism with craft—make fast decisions without sacrificing quality

REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years designing complex SaaS products end-to-end
- Deep expertise with Figma and scalable design systems
- Strong UX thinking, interaction design skills, and attention to visual detail
- Comfort working with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Ability to make fast, pragmatic design decisions
- Bonus: experience designing fintech, accounting, or enterprise SaaS tools
- Hardcore work ethic and high agency
