This is a full-time, onsite role (5 days/week) reporting to the Head of Global Workplace and Experiences. You will oversee daily workplace operations and employee experience for a global fintech company serving over 190 countries. Your responsibilities include leading the Office Operations team to ensure efficient facilities, hospitality, and employee services; optimizing space utilization using occupancy and badge data to reflect hybrid work realities; managing third-party vendor partnerships (cleaning, maintenance, catering, security) to deliver high-quality services while maintaining cost discipline; and fostering a positive workplace environment through employee engagement initiatives and well-being programs. Key responsibilities: Lead and develop high-performing administrative and operational teams; own the workplace budget (Opex/Capex) including forecasting, variance analysis, and cost optimization; conduct advanced data analysis using Excel (pivot tables, modeling, visualization) to drive space-utilization strategies; manage the full vendor lifecycle from RFP and contract negotiation to SLA enforcement; and deliver meaningful, cost-efficient event and hospitality experiences across Payoneer's sites. Required qualifications: 6+ years in Workplace Operations or Facilities Management within a global high-tech environment, with at least 3 years in senior leadership overseeing multiple sites or regions; proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams; advanced Excel capabilities including complex data analysis and financial modeling; strong execution mindset in fast-paced environments; excellent communication and interpersonal skills across levels and cultures; Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field. This role balances operational excellence with employee experience, requiring someone who sees the big picture while mastering details. You'll optimize office operations, drive smart space utilization, and shape an office people choose to come to.
