Salary: EUR 63,600 - 118,000 / annual
DTX Pharma, a Novartis Company, is seeking a Senior Vigilance Process Manager to drive global pharmacovigilance process excellence and patient safety. Based in Barcelona, Spain, this hybrid role offers the opportunity to shape strategic improvements in regulatory compliance and operational effectiveness across a global pharmaceutical organization.
You will lead continuous improvement, simplification, and automation of global pharmacovigilance processes, ensuring sustainable performance and maturity. Key responsibilities include end-to-end process governance, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to implement process changes, and leading complex business transformation initiatives. You will monitor emerging regulations, assess impacts, and drive required process enhancements while developing and maintaining procedural documentation, training materials, and business continuity plans.
This role requires representing pharmacovigilance processes during audits, inspections, and governance forums, collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver compliant, high-quality outcomes. You will work in a global matrix environment, requiring strong stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse teams.
Essential qualifications include a PhD, PharmD, MSc, or equivalent Life Sciences degree, plus 6–8 years of pharmaceutical industry experience with demonstrated expertise in pharmacovigilance (PSURs, DSURs, RMPs, local aggregate reports). Fluent English is required. You must demonstrate proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, strong focus on quality and compliance, solid project management and analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Desirable skills include AI fluency, familiarity with automation projects, and additional language proficiency.
