Horizon3.ai is a fast-growing cybersecurity company building NodeZero, an autonomous penetration testing platform used by enterprises, government agencies, and managed security service providers to proactively identify and verify exploitable attack vectors at scale across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
You will serve as a key technical resource for enterprise customers, diagnosing and resolving complex infrastructure, networking, and security issues with minimal supervision. This role bridges customer success and engineering, requiring deep hands-on expertise across Linux, containerization, cloud platforms, and networking.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide advanced technical support to enterprise customers via multiple channels, troubleshooting cloud infrastructure, networking, and security domains
- Perform root cause analysis on customer-reported issues to prevent recurrence and maintain high availability
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges
- Assist with customer environment deployment and optimization, advising on infrastructure-as-code and containerized application best practices
- Maintain SLA compliance on support tickets and contribute to continuous process improvement
- Mentor junior team members and develop internal training resources
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
Required qualifications include 5+ years of technical support, systems administration, or cloud operations experience in enterprise environments. You must have strong Linux administration skills, hands-on Docker/Kubernetes experience, proficiency with AWS/Azure/GCP and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation), and deep networking knowledge (TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs, troubleshooting tools). Cybersecurity background is essential, including threat detection, vulnerability management, and compliance frameworks. Basic scripting in Bash, Python, or PowerShell is required. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent professional experience) is expected.
Preferred qualifications include API integration and troubleshooting experience, observability tools (Datadog), managed database services (RDS), and full-stack coding proficiency.
