Intuit is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Support Engineer to lead the Partner Technical Support team in Bengaluru. This role focuses on helping API-connected financial institution partners optimize their integration with Intuit products (TurboTax, QuickBooks, Credit Karma, Mailchimp) by ensuring successful bank feed connections and resolving technical issues.
You will serve as the primary technical interface with financial institution partners globally, diagnosing and resolving complex connection problems, managing production incidents, and providing training on Intuit offerings. The role requires deep technical expertise in APIs (FDX, OFX standards) combined with strong partner relationship management and leadership capabilities.
Key responsibilities include: facilitating technical excellence across the support team; driving partner success by exceeding contracted support commitments; building and maintaining relationships with bank executives; leading incident and request management processes; identifying and implementing process and technical automations; and ensuring 24/7 uptime and stability of data provider APIs.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, platform, and customer success teams to deliver timely solutions. This is a leadership role where you'll mentor team members, manage escalations from internal teams, and own the health of partner connections across all Intuit offerings.
The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills, technical proficiency in analyzing platform-level connection defects, and proven ability to lead teams in delivering exceptional service to enterprise partners.
