Payoneer, founded in 2005, is a global financial platform serving over 2,500 colleagues and customers in 190+ countries. The company simplifies cross-border business by removing friction from financial workflows—payments, compliance, multi-currency management, workforce solutions, working capital, and business intelligence.
You will join the Delivery Team within the Applications & Integrations group, which manages business applications and cross-department integrations globally. This role focuses on Salesforce, Payoneer's central CRM and business-process platform used by customer-facing teams and functions across the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and manage the Salesforce team's scope of work, balancing ongoing feature requests with larger project initiatives alongside other Technical Salesforce Project Managers
- Lead cross-organizational technical Salesforce projects end-to-end: discovery, design, implementation, and hypercare
- Develop clear project plans aligned with business cases and company priorities, including timelines, deliverables, and milestones
- Lead relevant ceremonies, keep delivery on track, and manage trade-offs as priorities shift
- Lead technical design discussions, negotiate requirements, and drive alignment across business and technical stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience managing technical projects in an enterprise environment
- Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent hands-on administration experience with demonstrated proficiency in Sales Cloud
- Ability to understand technical concepts deeply and credibly engage with engineers on architecture, dependencies, and risk
- Experience managing Salesforce integrations with third-party applications and systems
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical Salesforce solutions
- Strong leadership skills with capability to lead and motivate stakeholders toward project goals
- Detail-oriented with willingness to deep-dive into technical solutions
- Proactive approach to using AI tools throughout project delivery
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Herzliya, Israel.
