UiPath is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the company's US public sector compliance portfolio and drive strategy, coordination, and execution across critical compliance initiatives including FedRAMP HIGH, CMMC, IL5, DoD requirements, CJIS, GovRAMP, and state-level obligations.
In this senior individual-contributor role, you will translate complex, ambiguous public sector requirements into clear, actionable plans and drive execution across engineering, compliance, and external stakeholders. You'll own the technical roadmap for expanding UiPath's product footprint in the public sector, managing the relationship between internal engineering teams and external stakeholders to proactively reduce compliance overhead rather than pushing work downstream.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the technical roadmap for public sector compliance expansion, translating regulatory requirements into concrete engineering and compliance workstreams
- Managing relationships between internal teams and external stakeholders, designing solutions that reduce compliance burden
- Owning key technical workstreams supporting the public sector compliance team, evaluating and strengthening processes, procedures, operating environment, and people readiness across audits and regulatory initiatives
- Coordinating with GRC engineering to automate manual processes such as POAM and promote continuous monitoring across infrastructure
- Supporting international compliance obligations such as ISMAP and IRAP
Required qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship (required)
- 6-8 years implementing technical requirements, continuous monitoring, and external audits within U.S. public sector frameworks (FedRAMP HIGH, CMMC)
- Proven track record owning Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) programs for large, complex environments
- Direct experience driving FedRAMP significant change request processes from initiation through closure
- Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes with distributed teams across time zones, with strong collaboration and judgment skills
Nice-to-have qualifications include hands-on development experience and prior work with DoD, intelligence agencies, or government contractors. The role offers flexibility in when and where work gets done, with hybrid arrangements available depending on business needs.
