Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead day-to-day execution of space systems development and delivery programs within the Space Special Programs business line. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, sales, logistics, operations, and mission success—managing multiple ongoing orbital programs and active pursuits across dynamic space operations missions.
You will own programs from start to finish, working closely with the Head of Programs, Head of Operations, Business Operations team, customers, and the General Manager to manage budget, schedule, and technical objectives while meeting all contractual requirements. The Space Special Programs team builds advanced spacecraft and space systems that provide mission-critical capabilities to U.S. and allied military customers operating in contested space environments.
Key responsibilities include: assuming ownership and accountability for program success; leading technical path development and identifying engineering needs; validating projected product outcomes with customers; embedding with customers to understand mission challenges and represent their needs internally; coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, product, sales, logistics, operations); managing program schedules, budgets, and risk; and ensuring mission success in challenging operational environments.
