Salary: USD 129,000 - 250,000 / annual

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end technical delivery of rocket motor systems development programs. You will own technical planning and cross-functional execution across electrical, mechanical, and systems engineering teams, working closely with the General Manager and Chief Engineer to drive product development while managing cost, schedule, and delivery risks. Key responsibilities include: - Drive technical execution of development programs from concept through delivery, ensuring all engineering deliverables meet contractual requirements and technical standards - Serve as a bridge between Program Managers and functional engineering teams - Develop and maintain strong relationships with Department of War customers, enabling rapid iteration and solution fielding - Execute on broad and ambiguous requirements from internal teams, customers, and corporate partners across multiple simultaneous programs - Own end-to-end program technical scope and associated deliverables - Develop lightweight processes, tools, and metrics for program planning, scope management, risk management, and customer communication - Become a trusted advisor and partner to engineering teams Required qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related technical field - Minimum 8 years managing complex technical systems throughout product lifecycle - Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar projects with on-time, on-budget delivery - Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities - Experience coordinating multiple internal and external teams in complex engineering organizations - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Comfortable with 50% travel This role offers the opportunity to shape next-generation solid rocket motor technology for military applications, working at the intersection of advanced autonomy, AI, and defense innovation.
