Mytra is building robotics and distributed software solutions to transform material handling and supply chain automation—a $1T market. The company is focused on solving the critical pain points facing the supply chain industry amid e-commerce growth, rising costs, and disruptions.
You will lead the development and delivery of warehouse operator stations—the integrated hardware/software systems where human operators interface with Mytra's automated material flow network. This includes forklift interaction points and case/pallet pick-and-put stations where goods enter and exit the automated system.
As Senior Technical Program Manager for Hardware Systems, you own the end-to-end program lifecycle from conception through customer deployment. You will drive development across mechanical design, electrical systems, safety, firmware, controls, sensing, and the software/data layer running on top. Your responsibilities include:
• Creating and driving program plans, timelines, and implementation across the full development lifecycle through to customer deployments
• Managing cross-functional dependencies, risk registers, scope, and program cadences
• Collaborating with systems, safety, mechanical, electrical, firmware, sensing, and data/ML engineers
• Communicating with leadership, internal partners (engineering, design, product management, deployment teams), and external partners
• Implementing processes to improve resource efficiency and program management best practices
This role requires high agency, hands-on comfort with product and technology development processes (design reviews, prototyping, build and test coordination), and the ability to drive complex systems from concept through production operation in customer spaces. On-site presence at Brisbane headquarters is required for close collaboration with cross-functional teams in build spaces.
