Salary: USD 166,000 - 208,000 / annual
Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join the Connected Warfare First Party team in Costa Mesa, California. This role focuses on building and nurturing internal relationships across Anduril's diverse business lines to foster collaboration, drive mutual success, and enhance customer outcomes.
You will serve as the key liaison connecting engineering, product, supply chain, logistics, and growth teams. Your primary responsibilities include orchestrating internal collaboration by building strong working relationships across departments and facilitating clear communication to align strategic priorities. You will act as the internal advocate for customer needs, sharing feedback and insights with relevant teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities that benefit both Anduril and its customers.
You will oversee the planning and execution of Anduril product deployments with seamless integration, gather user feedback, and work with engineering teams to refine offerings and meet mission requirements. As a central contact for bridging gaps between internal teams, you will foster a culture of teamwork and drive initiatives that enhance internal synergy.
Key responsibilities include championing internal collaboration among departments to align efforts in developing and deploying integrated hardware-software command and control solutions; driving product adoption and scale by identifying high-impact integration opportunities and building compelling internal use cases; facilitating continuous improvement through user feedback loops; influencing product evolution by engaging with program and engineering teams; building strategic internal relationships with program, engineering, and growth leaders; and tracking sales and financial metrics using internal business systems.
The ideal candidate demonstrates a mission-first mindset, ownership mentality, technical aptitude, structured thinking, and strong teamwork capabilities. You should be a 360-degree leader comfortable working in a flat, non-hierarchical matrix structure, capable of leading and influencing people through both formal and informal constructs. The role requires willingness to travel up to 50%.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in technical program/account management roles
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into operational strategies
- Background in program management and product deployment
- Secret/TS Clearance with SCI eligibility strongly preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with joint intelligence, operational planning, targeting, and fires systems
- Familiarity with command and control concepts
- Prior military or government acquisition/contracting experience
- Experience in management consulting or product management
- Strategic insight to assess business opportunities and risks
