Salary: USD 166,000 - 208,000 / annual
Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for the Connected Warfare division to serve as a key internal liaison bridging diverse business lines and driving cross-functional collaboration.
You will orchestrate internal partnerships across engineering, product, supply chain, logistics, and growth teams to align strategic priorities and create unified solutions for customer missions. Acting as the internal advocate for customer needs, you will gather feedback and insights, sharing them with relevant teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities that benefit both Anduril and its customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Championing internal collaboration by serving as the bridge among Anduril departments (engineering, product, logistics) to align efforts in developing and deploying integrated hardware-software command-and-control solutions.
- Driving product adoption and scale by identifying high-impact integration opportunities, building compelling internal use cases, and partnering with growth and engineering teams to expand the product footprint.
- Facilitating continuous improvement through systematic user feedback loops that gather, prioritize, and share insights to drive collaborative enhancements.
- Influencing product evolution by actively engaging with program and engineering teams to refine product features and optimize user workflows.
- Building strategic internal relationships with program, engineering, and growth leaders across divisions to ensure trust, clear communication, and alignment.
- Tracking sales and financial metrics by navigating internal business systems (ERP, CRM, BI tools) to accurately track, analyze, and report on product sales and key financial metrics.
- Overseeing product deployment planning and execution with seamless integration, gathering user feedback, and working with engineering teams to refine offerings and meet mission requirements.
The role requires a mission-first mindset, ownership mentality, technical aptitude, structured thinking, and the ability to lead and influence across a flat, non-hierarchical matrix organization. You will be expected to identify gaps and breakdowns and solve them immediately, demonstrate 360-degree leadership, and foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
Travel up to 50% is required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in technical program/account management roles
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into operational strategies
- Background in program management and product deployment
- Secret/TS Clearance with SCI eligibility strongly preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with joint intelligence, operational planning, targeting, and fires systems
- Familiarity with command and control concepts
- Prior military or government acquisition/contracting experience
- Experience in management consulting or product management
- Strategic insight to assess business opportunities and risks
