The company builds intelligent, software-defined power infrastructure products based on advanced solid-state transformer (SST) technology, addressing the massive shift in electricity demand driven by AI, electric vehicles, and industrial growth. As Senior Technical Program Manager, Compliance, you will own and drive all compliance program activities across the SST product portfolio. This role sits at the critical intersection of engineering, regulatory requirements, quality, and operations—serving as the central coordinator ensuring products meet all applicable safety, regulatory, and certification requirements on time and at scale. Key responsibilities include: • Lead the compliance program end-to-end, planning and coordinating certification and regulatory activities (UL, CE, FCC, IEC, NEC, IEEE, grid interconnection standards) across engineering, product development, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality • Own and drive the compliance roadmap by defining milestone-driven schedules aligned with product development timelines • Embed compliance into development processes from early design through production release, protecting the company's path to market • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, firmware teams, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure compliance requirements are understood and met • Manage relationships with external certification bodies, test labs, and regulatory consultants • Track compliance metrics, risks, and dependencies; escalate blockers and drive resolution • Ensure quality and manufacturing processes support compliance requirements at scale You will work across every stage of the product lifecycle, from concept through commercial deployment, in a fast-moving hardware company building category-defining energy technology. The role requires deep understanding of electrical safety standards, regulatory frameworks, and the ability to translate complex compliance requirements into actionable engineering tasks.
