Outreach is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across the organization's Business Systems function. This role sits at the intersection of technology and business operations, managing complex programs that span Engineering, Product, GTM, Finance, Support Operations, Legal, Privacy, Marketing, and Analytics teams. You will own end-to-end program execution for strategic initiatives, translating ambiguous business goals into clear technical and systems requirements. Key responsibilities include leading large cross-functional programs aligned with business objectives, driving scope and schedule management, identifying and resolving delivery bottlenecks, and maintaining stakeholder alignment across technical and non-technical teams. You'll partner with teams to improve processes, streamline operations, and drive efficiency across tools and workflows. The role demands strong technical acumen to assess architecture, data, and integration impacts, influence scalable design decisions, and mitigate risks in collaboration with engineering. You'll apply hands-on experience with GTM tool implementations (particularly Salesforce), quote-to-cash processes (pricing, quoting, billing, order management), and system architecture to guide decision-making. Required qualifications include 6+ years as a Technical Program Manager or in Engineering Operations within a fast-paced SaaS environment, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent), and proven success leading complex cross-functional programs. You must demonstrate strong program management and organizational skills, hands-on experience implementing GTM tools, expertise in quote-to-cash optimization, solid understanding of system architecture and data flows, and proficiency in roadmap planning and requirements documentation. The ideal candidate is skilled at navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and adapting to dynamic environments while embodying ownership, accountability, and delivery excellence.
