Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology. The Connected Warfare division builds systems for global command and control missions, with the Mission Command team responsible for the software and hardware backbone that other business lines depend on.
In this role, you will serve as the primary interface between the Mission Command platform team and two dependent business lines: Anduril Ground Maneuver (AGM) and Compute & Communications (C&C). You will own the day-to-day relationships with both business lines, translating their mission and integration requirements into the platform roadmap.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the primary liaison between Mission Command and AGM/C&C business lines, translating mission requirements into platform roadmap priorities
- Track upcoming programs and understand how platform constraints (golden configs, OS images, provisioning pipelines) impact fielding timelines
- Represent business line priorities in Mission Command planning and communicate platform roadmap, constraints, and tradeoffs back to AGM/C&C leadership
- Build and operate a lightweight process for surfacing, triaging, and closing cross-business-line requests and dependencies before escalation
- Partner with Mission Command engineering leads to scope and sequence work that serves both business lines without fragmenting the platform
- Identify where business line needs diverge or conflict and drive tradeoff conversations to resolution
- Track and communicate program status, risks, and dependencies across all three organizations at appropriate cadences
- Travel to AGM and C&C program sites as needed to understand real-world platform usage
You will work at the center of the business, sitting between platform infrastructure and dependent product teams, requiring strong cross-functional communication and the ability to balance competing priorities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance
- 5+ years as a Technical Program Manager, technical product manager, or engineer working across multiple engineering/business organizations in a hardware or software product company
- Track record owning a stakeholder relationship between a platform/infrastructure team and the product teams or business lines that depend on it
- Solid technical aptitude — able to read system architecture, understand platform constraints, and engage effectively with engineers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable moving between engineering detail and business-line priorities in the same conversation
- Experience driving cross-team roadmap tradeoffs to a decision, not just documenting them
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience supporting defense, autonomy, or robotics programs
- Familiarity with ground maneuver systems, tactical networking/comms, or C2 systems
- Experience with release or fielding processes for embedded/OS-level software
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
