Venti Technologies is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of autonomous vehicle deployment projects across multiple US logistics sites. You will manage end-to-end project execution, collaborating with engineering, product, and operations teams to define scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Your responsibilities include developing project schedules and risk mitigation strategies, translating technical progress into business language for stakeholders (leadership, customers, partners), and managing on-site support coordination including IT/network infrastructure and customer staff logistics.
You will engage regularly with customers to present program progress, conduct technical solution design reviews, and adapt plans to changing requirements. The role includes hands-on technical support during deployments—troubleshooting on-site issues, managing software validation test branches, and occasionally contributing bugfix code to accelerate recovery. You'll identify test cases for regression suite expansion, ensure technical objectives meet safety and compliance standards, and stay current on autonomous vehicle and robotics industry trends.
Required: Bachelor's in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or related field; 3–5 years managing technical projects in robotics, automotive, or autonomous vehicle sectors; proven experience leading cross-functional teams on complex hardware-software systems; strong understanding of autonomous systems and vehicle integration; exceptional project management skills (multi-project capability); Agile/Scrum familiarity; excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Bonus: production software release management in customer-facing roles; Jira, Zephyr, Atlassian suite proficiency; Git, Linux, Docker expertise; ROS/ROS2 middleware knowledge; C++ and Python coding; logistics/supply chain technology experience.
