Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology. The Space Special Programs team builds spacecraft and space systems for critical national security missions, developing and deploying advanced capabilities in challenging operational environments.
As Senior Technical Program Manager, you will lead day-to-day execution of program initiatives across Anduril's Space Special Programs business line. You will own projects from start to finish, working with the Head of Programs, Head of Operations, and the Business Operations team to manage budget and schedule while meeting technical objectives and contractual requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ownership and accountability: Assume responsibility for program success, demonstrate healthy skepticism, and contribute to a performance-driven culture. Lead projects end-to-end with customers and engineering teams.
- Technical leadership: Develop the technical path for success, identify engineering needs, and validate projected product outcomes with customers.
- Customer engagement: Work side-by-side with customers to understand mission challenges and represent their needs while collaborating with Anduril engineers to shape solutions for critical national security challenges.
- Program execution: Manage multiple space system development and delivery contracts, coordinate across product, engineering, sales, logistics, operations, and mission success teams.
- Strategic coordination: Partner with the GM and customer stakeholders to satisfy technical objectives while meeting all contractual requirements.
This role is directly tied to ongoing orbital programs and active pursuits across multiple dynamic space operations missions. You will be empowered to quickly assume high levels of responsibility and actively shape program success.
