Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 / annual

The Imaging team develops state-of-the-art imaging systems across hardware and software, leveraging computer vision, perception, electro-optical, infrared, and sensor data to support warfighters and allies.
As a Senior Technical Program Manager on the Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) team, you will work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and other functional teams to organize, direct, and lead development and deployment of novel systems. You will use technical knowledge combined with program management skills to plan and lead technical development programs and deliver outcomes for Anduril and customers. This role requires thorough understanding of mission requirements, orchestration of internal technical teams, and meticulous planning amid ambiguity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ownership: Lead projects from start to finish with customers and engineering teams. Work with technical leads to develop solutions and own schedules and roadmaps for success.
- Embed/Engage: Work closely with customers to understand mission challenges and represent their needs while shaping Anduril capabilities. Understand technical implementation at the architectural level and propose alternatives when necessary.
- Build/Orchestrate: Collaborate with engineers to build solutions and pivot deployment as needed. Coordinate with nearly every internal Anduril team—engineering, product, logistics, finance, legal, contracting, technical operations, and others.
- Narrative-Building: Develop strong storytelling skills and tailor narratives across audiences (government stakeholders, vendors, engineers) to ensure team understanding of what is being built and why.
- Execute: Operationally deploy and deliver successful demonstrations, tests, and full site deployments while ensuring technical teams perform on schedule and within budget. Remove obstacles, identify communication gaps, manage escalations, and drive results proactively.
Requirements:
- 5+ years relevant industry experience
- Recent experience managing DoD programs
- Operational background working with technically advanced systems requiring understanding of complex software and hardware products
- Proven experience working with multi-disciplinary engineering teams and customers
- Ability to create and deliver presentations and technical/programmatic reports to key leadership and customers
- Willingness to travel
- Currently possesses and able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
